A Daily Yogurt can Suppress up to 95% of Cold Sore!
Enjoying a daily yogurt snack has been shown to suppress up to 95% of cold sore outbreaks in clinical studies.
Researchers credit Lactobacillus acidophilus. This bacteria fights herpes simplex virus-1 (the virus that causes cold sores) by inhibiting viral cells from reproducing, explains Carolyn Dean, M.D., N.D., coauthor of The Yeast Connection and Women's Health (Professional Books, 2005). This also helps prevent future cold-sore outbreaks, says Dean.
