HAWAIIAN SILK SMOOTHIE
You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
1 cup soy milk 1/2 cups pineapple juice 1 frozen banana 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk Ice cubes 1 tablespoon coconut milk
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.
